With the school year almost ending, I was taking an inventory of the positive accomplishments, conferences, workshops and motivational speakers for our students this year. There was so much positive feedback for the students concerning Ms. Leslie Denman’s visit to our school. The students received positive information on self-esteem, a sense of who they are, how to demand respect, set limits, and aim high for success. The students and faculty have been asking if Ms. Denman will be able to visit our school again next year (2010-2011) school year. hopefully, if Ms. Denman’s calendar has not been filled, I will request her presence next year. I would strongly recommend this positive minded young lady to speak to all students because has the well-being and success for all students first and foremost in her heart.

Coaching, ummm this is a word that I had to learn from starting this session with Leslie. When I first heard about it I became delighted and thought to myself sure this will be a breeze. The first session was great and funny as we laughed and had a pretty good conversation. After the first conversation I said to myself this will be alright, quick, and simple. After several discussions I began to say “WOW” Lord have mercy on me because this isn’t funny anymore this is serious business, what have I signed up for…I don’t want to expose my deepest thoughts, concerns, or desires with someone but you God.
I must say that this was a curve ball that I enjoyed every bit of it. I learned alot about myself and the things that I did not want to totally let go and let God take control of. I learned about the person that I wanted to become and what he actually created me for. I also learned that I was already walking in my purpose! I just needed affirmation and someone else to actually believe me and see the vision and dream that I didn’t quite see.
I am so blesssed that Leslie was my coach, I now look at her as my Mentor, Friend and most of all Spiritual sister in Christ. She was patient with me even when I refused to let myself totally go, she walked with me through this journey and I am truly blessed to say to her that this was a job Well-Done. Leslie continue to shine and let God use you because you truly have the gift of the motivation and inspiration!
Going through this process with her had enlightened me and I know that I am walking in Boldness knowing that I am on my way to living out my destiny with purpose.

I am glad that I did this Life Plan Facilitation with you. You get a different perspective on life after seeing that you have been on earth over 16,000 days. To look back and see all the things that I’ve done and see all the things that I’ve done and not done was amazing. This facilitation came at a pivotal time in my life. I needed it desperately because I felt that I must accomplish some things before I reach 50 years of age. This facilitation helped me to reflect but it also helped me to see myself, my mindset, my feelings about others and what they think of me. It assisted me in setting some short term and long term goals and brought things to the surface that I didn’t realize were there. So I am thankful for my life and for this awesome tool that God used to launch me into the next season in my life.
I want to thank you Leslie for taking this journey with me. You encouraged me, you challenged me in some areas where I was a little reluctant. This whole facilitation experience helped me to remember my first live which is helping and healing wounded people through the love of Jesus.
